With the panel downsizer you can adjust the width of the panel between baby's legs. The fabric is smooth & strong 100 % cotton. The size S can be used with the baby and medium size Wompats. The size L is suitable for the toddler size and pre-school size Wompats. Attach the panel downsizer around the bottom part of the panel around the "legs out padding". The fabric part of the downsizer is placed inside the carrier and the buckle on the outside, in the middle and under baby's bottom. When the baby is in the carrier, pull the straps on both sides of the buckle to make the panel narrower. Pull one strap at a time. Push the buckle as low as possible under baby's bottom. The fabric part can be placed at the bottom of the panel or a little higher: in the middle of the "legs out paddings". Try which way works best for you so that the baby can easily bend her knees. With the help of the Panel downsizer you can start using a bigger carrier a few months earlier but we do not recommend using a distinctly too large carrier. The panel downsizer will not adjust the upper part of the panel and a carrier too large may not give optimum support for baby's back.
