The special weaving gives optimum support for the baby as well as the parent. Vanamo Kaiku is a medium thick ring sling and therefore perfect for babies from birth and the wrap is supportive enough for toddlers as well! Vanamo baby carrier is quite soft from the start and over time after washing and using it will become cuddly soft! Vanamo Kaiku fabrics are made with a totally new pocket weave structure. The weave consists of two layers or fabric which are tied together creating small pockets. The special double weave is airy and fluffy making the baby wrap both strong and super soft! Manufacture: designed, weaved and sewn in Finland (EU) How to care for your Vanamo ring sling: Machine wash in warm water (40 celcius), hang dry, iron with medium heat. Tumble dryer (with low heat) can be used occasionally, but please keep in mind that tumble drying will also wear out the fabric faster. We recommend washing the baby wrap before you start using it. The wrap will become softer and easier to wrap with after washing & ironing, and the fabric will obtain it's optimum structure and density. Each baby wrap includes some extra length for shrinking.
